Terms of Sale

For U.S. Sales: Price includes priority shipping. Sales tax added for California orders. Please either submit a purchase order number with the name and telephone number of the person authorizing payment or pre-pay by check, and the DVD will be shipped to you. Preview copies are available in the US for an evaluation period of 10 business days costing $60 pre-paid (fully deductible from price of purchase if a P.O. is received within 60 days of preview). Previewers are responsible for return shipping by priority mail.

For International Sales: Price includes shipping by Express Mail. Pre-payment should be made in US dollars by check made payable on a US bank or by wire (wire instructions available on request). The DVD will be sent to you directly upon receipt of payment.

Purchase conveys the right to use the documentary for educational and non-theatrical use only. It is protected by copyright laws and treaties throughout the World. Any duplication, modification, broadcast, lending to another institution or group, showing where an admission fee is charged, or distribution (over a private network or by other means), is prohibited, unless permission from the filmmaker is obtained.
